For the second season in a row, Mr. Armani was kind enough to give me the privilege of opening the show, which is such an honor. For Spring/Summer 2012, Mr. Armani was inspired by an under-the-sea world and used aqua shades along with shimmering silvers and golds to portray the beauty of deep sea materials like mother of pearl. Right now I have to rush back to New York for a very important and exciting job. I know I claim to be “taking my 13th season off,” but actually I’m as busy as ever!!

As Milan Fashion Week comes to a close, many are asking if I’ll be walking in Paris Fashion Week. The answer is… we shall see! Right now I have to rush back to New York for a very important and exciting job. I know I claim to be “taking my 13th season off,” but actually I’m as busy as ever!!

One of my favorite shows in Milan has been Roberto Cavalli. He’s working with a new stylist and I noticed his clothing has taken a slightly darker, more edgy turn. The cast of girls was great: opened by the Italian superstar model Maria Carla, the show also had the ever beautiful Natasha Poly, Anja Rubik, Joan Smalls (love her!) and one of my favorite newer girls, Jac Jagaciak.
