MILAN FASHION WEEK via INSTAGRAM - September 18th to 21st

You all know how much I love to reminisce. MFW was FUN! Jeremy Scott’s Barbie inspired collection won me over, as well as the gorgeous prints at Cavalli. Oh, and Versace gets the award for coolest fashion week invitations. Take me back to Milano please…

  1. Guess who made it to Milan Fashion Week!? At the discotastic if backstage of #dsquared2 to say hello to my Canadian boys.
  2. Decided to tone it down with this subtle and understated number for Moschino. #CocoPops
  3. It’s Barbies world, we all just live in it. Thanks #Moschino and Jeremy Scott for putting the fun back in fashion.
  4. My look the first half of the day at Milan Fashion Week - head to toe DSquared!
  5. What’s as good as gold? Two front row tickets to Versace!
  6. And my MaxFactor glamour transformation with PatMcGrath is complete - featuring New Creme Puff Blush, Colour Intensifying Balm and Glamour Extensions 3-in-1 Mascara.
  7. Cavalli’s Angels before the show.
  8. So honored to be an Event Chair at the Amfar event. Thank you to Bulgari and Versace for my look - feeling very “Dynasty” in the best way.
  9. Last night in Versace, goodbye Milan!

MILAN TO PARISIn 7 years (and 13 seasons) of catwalks, today was the first time I’ve walked for Giorgio Armani. To my surprise, I was honored to be asked to OPEN the show!! With Tina Turner in the front row?! This also marks the last show I’ll be doing in Milan. I’ve had a great time back here after 2 years away. For all my pictures go HERE. I’m now packing up the hotel room and jumping on a flight to… Paris!! I will be walking in Paris Fashion Week and I thought you might like to see the show card my Paris agency Marilyn has been sending out…

ROBERTO CAVALLI F/W 11

One of my favorite shows in Milan has been Roberto Cavalli. He’s working with a new stylist and I noticed his clothing has taken a slightly darker, more edgy turn. The cast of girls was great: opened by the Italian superstar model Maria Carla, the show also had the ever beautiful Natasha Poly, Anja Rubik, Joan Smalls (love her!) and one of my favorite newer girls, Jac Jagaciak.

Here’s a great example of an amazing cast of girls stomping their way down a runway. I hope you enjoy it!!

Bottega Veneta Dance-Off

I have arrived in oh so lovely Milan!! I know, I know, I’m very late in coming, but at least I’m here. We had a super early call time for Bottega Veneta today and I was extremely tired, but during the rehearsal the music seemed to get everyone moving and bouncing. It was a site for sore eyes seeing the energetic Raquel and Lily D leading the pack with their dance moves. It became quite the little party back stage!
