So I have to be honest - if you hadn’t already guessed it, my picture with the infamous missing Bronx Zoo Cobra a few days ago was…. a fake! The picture was actually a Photoshopped (thanks James!) behind-the-scenes picture I took a few months ago when I shot a hair commercial for Syoss (no cobra was on set).
You know how there’s always that casual slow-motion hair flick shot in EVERY haircare commercial? Well I’m going to divulge a trade secret and let you know that getting that “casual moment” right takes a series of wires, pulleys, a crew of stage hands and about 3 hours of filming to pull off. If you’d like to see the results, go HERE.
